WA智译（以下简称"本扩展"）由泰恒国际贸易有限公司运营。我们重视您的隐私，本政策说明本扩展收集哪些信息、如何使用和保护。
一、我们收集的信息
- 账号信息：当您注册账号时，我们收集您的电子邮箱地址；密码经加盐哈希处理后存储，我们无法查看您的明文密码。
- 同步数据（仅 Pro 用户）：当您使用云同步功能时，您的话术库、术语表、客户备注与个人设置会上传至我们的服务器保存。免费版用户的上述数据仅保存在您本地浏览器中，不会上传。
- 翻译内容：当您使用翻译功能时，待翻译的文本会发送至您所选择的翻译服务提供方（如 Google 翻译、百度翻译、DeepL 或您自行配置的服务）进行处理。我们不在服务器上保存您的 WhatsApp 聊天内容。
- 反馈信息：当您主动提交问题反馈时，我们收集您填写的反馈内容及您自愿提供的联系方式。
- 本机数据（不上传）：翻译缓存（仅保存译文与原文指纹，不保存原文）、客户记录（电话、国家、输入框语言）、导出的客户表格与聊天备份均只在您的浏览器本地生成与保存，不会上传至我们的服务器；屏幕隐私模糊只改变页面显示效果，不收集、不传输任何内容。
二、信息的使用
我们收集的信息仅用于：提供账号登录与身份验证、提供云同步功能、处理翻译请求、回应您的反馈。我们不会出售您的个人信息，也不会将其用于广告投放。
三、数据的存储与安全
数据存储于 Cloudflare 的基础设施之上。密码采用加盐哈希存储，验证码仅以哈希形式保存并设有有效期。我们采取合理的技术措施保护数据安全，但请您理解，互联网传输无法保证绝对安全。
四、您的权利
您可以随时停止使用本扩展并卸载。如需注销账号或删除您的同步数据，请通过邮箱 [email protected] 与我们联系，我们将在核实身份后处理。
五、政策更新
本政策如有更新，我们将在本页面发布新版本并更新生效日期。
Privacy Policy (English)
WA Zhiyi ("the Extension"), operated by Taiheng International Trade Co., Ltd., respects your privacy.
Data we collect: (1) Account information — your email address upon registration; passwords are stored as salted hashes and are never visible to us in plain text. (2) Sync data (Pro users only) — your phrase library, glossary, customer notes and settings are uploaded to our servers only when you use cloud sync; for free users this data stays in your local browser. (3) Translation content — when you use translation features, the text to be translated is sent to the translation provider you select (e.g., Google Translate, Baidu Translate, DeepL, or a provider you configure yourself). We do not store your WhatsApp chat content on our servers. (4) Feedback — content and contact details you voluntarily submit. (5) Local-only data (never uploaded) — translation cache (translated text and source-text fingerprints only, never the source text itself), customer records (phone number, country, input-box language), exported customer tables and chat backups are generated and stored only in your local browser; screen privacy blur only changes what is displayed on the page and collects or transmits nothing.
Use of data: solely to provide sign-in, cloud sync, translation and support. We do not sell your personal information and do not use it for advertising.
Storage & security: data is hosted on Cloudflare infrastructure; passwords and verification codes are stored as hashes.
Your rights: you may uninstall the Extension at any time. To delete your account or synced data, contact us at [email protected].
Updates: changes to this policy will be posted on this page with a new effective date.
